Every step depends on your product needs. Based on the product requirements, it will be handled in ISO 7, ISO 8, or CNC (Controlled Not Classified) rooms. In our Technology Bases, we offer a variety of sterile barrier and non-sterile packing solutions. Thanks to our expertise, you can choose the one that suits your product best.
Plasters Product journey
Planning the demand of components, semi-automatic, product-specific equipment used for packing and integrated sensitive checkweigher. This enables us to perform 100% content control. Non-sterile, but clean packing, printing data on the product box and outer carton packaging, including identification.
Needles Product journey
Assembly, single sterile barrier, printing directly on the package, including variable data (LOT, expiry date), soft blister with perforation, controls of the seal (peel strength test, dye penetration test), Bioburden sampling, box packing inclusive labelling (ID with UDI code), sterilization indicators and temper evidence, outer box packing.
Tubing Product journey
Assembly, pouch and/or rigid blister packing, labelling, including UDI, controls of the seal (peel strength test, dye penetration test), box packing inclusive labelling (ID with UDI code) and tamper evidence, outer box packing.
Blankets Product journey
Assembly, double sterile barrier, pouch packing, labelling incl. UDI, controls of the seals (dye penetration test, visual inspections), Bioburden sampling, box packing inclusive labelling (ID with UDI code) and sterilization indicators, outer box packing.

Our maintenance team is a great support when it comes to the variety of equipment in our machine park. Our knowledge of standards ensures that we can choose the most suitable machine for each medical device that we need to pack. Performed on daily basis IPCs, using testing equipment (peel strength tester, burst tester), and control procedures (visual inspection, dye penetration), as well as validations show us the results and that the process is working exactly as planned.
