Valueadded Companies (VAC) is the holding company of the business units Valuepack, Bluecollar, Valuechains and Valueassets and acquires all properties for both companies.
It originated from putting people at the center of our operations. Our core values, rooted in the principles of being Valuable, Accountable, and Leading, act as the foundation of our organizational culture. They guide and shape our actions and decisions, and show our commitment to taking a person-centric approach in everything we do.

- Product assembly, and packing; in the Netherlands and Poland
- Logistics; transport and warehousing
- Development, training and deployment of operators
- Development and management of assets
Valuepack
At Valuepack, everything starts with quality. The quality culture at Valuepack is carried by the entire company, from top management to employees in all departments. That’s our foundation for planning all actions. Valuepack’s quality management oversees all activities and tasks needed to maintain the quality of orders, products, processes, and lead times. It consists of the Quality Management System (QMS), Quality Assurance (QA), and Quality Control (QC). The company has two production plants in Europe (The Netherlands and Poland), both ISO 13485 certified and FDA registered. The facility in The Netherlands is also GMP licensed.
Bluecollar
Bluecollar is a recruitment, training and outsourcing organization, of process operators, within the production environment. Bluecollar’s personnel, it’s formed by employees who live locally and have their own address.
The focus of Bluecollar, is to recruit operators, onboard them within the client’s facilities, and coach them during the outsourcing. There is as well educational programs, that Bluecollar organize, with the focus on improving the skills and abilities of the operators.
Valuechains
Valuechains is an innovative company specializing in supply chain optimization and logistics management for the medical and food industries. We offer controlled storage facilities and handle logistics processes from sourcing to delivery, utilizing our eco-friendly double-decker trailers that can transport up to 52 pallets while reducing CO2 emissions. Our temperature-controlled system ensures that products are transported under optimal conditions. Our mission is to help businesses streamline their supply chains, reduce costs, and improve efficiency while adhering to strict industry standards.

Valueassets
Valueassets is a fast-growing asset management company specializing in properties and machinery for packing medical devices and food products. We offer fully equipped ISO Class 7 and 8 Cleanroom facilities, tailored to meet specific industry needs.
Our expert team provides innovative rental solutions, ensuring optimal production capabilities. By emphasizing a personalized approach, we build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients. Our goal is to prepare infrastructure with customized solutions, adapting to the evolving market and industry requirements.
