He has been engaging with and advising entrepreneurs about their issues and challenges for more than 20 years. His background is a combination of strategic business administration, effective change, and commerce. He considers financial implications in everything he does.
In the Advisory Board, Kees’ focus areas are strategy, change, and finance. Sustainability is always a central focus.

Onno has more than 20 years of commercial experience as a supplier in the medical device and pharmaceutical industry. He is an enthusiastic and energetic leader. In his different roles, Onno has been responsible for managing global, strategic customers. He has found new business opportunities and created great value for a wide range of stakeholders. He also has extensive experience working with start-ups. In his different roles, he has acted as a coach, supported business owners, and more.
His role in the Advisory Board centers on commercial strategy, coaching business leaders and the commercial team, and deciding Valuepacks’ general strategy and direction with Theo.
His passions are his family, sports, and all the good things life has to offer. He is a strong believer in continuous personal development and is always looking for ways to improve himself. Working with stakeholders and customers, and achieving great results together makes him happy. Sharing this success with a dedicated and committed team is the icing on the cake.
